FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting cicatricial tissues of the uterus neck to form congruent surfaces on the anterior and posterior lip of the uterus. Uterus neck wall thickness and depth of lesion are measured. Following intervention kind is determined. Uterus neck wall thickness being 0.7-0.8 cm and less, single row sutures are put. Uterus neck wall thickness being greater than 0.7-0.8 cm, exfoliation operation is to be done. Lesion depth being greater than 4 mm, complete exfoliation is carried out. Lesion depth being less than 4 mm, partial exfoliation is carried out. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment based on the best surgical approach selected.
