SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely obstetrics and gynecology. Excise cicatricial edge of the cervix, apply separate nodal sutures. Herewith, before excision of scar tissue, place hemostatic suture above the angle of the "old" rupture. Begin stitching at 0.7 cm below the haemostatic suture. Puncture needle at a distance of at least 0.5 cm and not more than 0.7 cm from the edge of the wound, then pass the thread through all layers without entrapment of the endocervix without reaching 1 mm. Herewith, pass the thread through the tissues of the cervix at an angle to the edge of the wound, puncturing the needle no less than 3 mm and no more than 5 mm closer to the external pharynx from the puncture site. Then pass the thread on the opposite side of the wound in the same way without the capture of the endocervix, followed by a puncture out on the exocervix, at a distance of at least 0.5 cm and not more than 0.7 cm from the edge of the wound and 0.7 cm below the haemostatic suture. Herewith, place the seams at a distance of not less than 1 cm from the previous one, locate the last seam at the level of the external orifice. Remove the hemostatic suture at the end of the surgery.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce blood loss, align tissues better, prevents the formation of ectropion, fistula in the site of nodes, reduces the risk of stenosis of the cervical canal.
