FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely gynecology. A flexible atraumatic thin graduated probe is used, which is probed along the course of posttraumatic defects from the cervical canal. The size of cervical defects is determined and the contours of the external orifice are evaluated. The 1st degree of post-traumatic damage to the uterine cervix is diagnosed in the case of determining irregularities of the contours of the external orifice of the uterus, while the uterine cervix is cylindrical in shape, in the center of the ectocervix, the external orifice is transversely slit-shaped in the form of a wavy line 0.3-0.7 cm long with single external defects up to 0.3 cm in size, the cylindrical epithelium is at the level of the external orifice, the size of the cervical canal is 3-4 cm, there are no signs of damage from the cervical canal. The 2nd degree of post-traumatic damage to the uterine cervix is diagnosed if the uterine cervix is cylindrical, in the center of the cervix there is a slit-shaped external orifice in the form of a straight line 0.3-0.7 cm long, from which single or multiple linear branches with a length of 0.3 to 0.5 cm diverge in different directions, while the cylindrical epithelium is outside the external orifice, the size of the cervical canal is 3-4 cm, cracks with a depth of 0.3 to 0.5 cm are determined in the lower third of the cervical canal. The 3rd degree of post-traumatic damage to the uterine cervix is diagnosed in the case when the cervix is cylindrical with swelling of the anterior, posterior or both of its lips, in the center of the exocervix there is a transversely located irregular slit-shaped external orifice with a length of 0.7 cm to 1.0 cm, from which single or multiple linear branches with a length of 0.5 to 1.0 cm depart in different directions, the cylindrical epithelium occupies up to half the surface area of the ectocervix, the size of the cervical canal is 2.0-4.0 cm, at a depth of up to 2/3 of the length of the cervical canal from its external orifice, cracks and/or pockets with a depth of 0.6 to 1.0 cm are determined. The 4th degree of post-traumatic cervical injuries is diagnosed in the case of determining the irregular shape of the uterine cervix with swelling of the anterior, posterior or both of its lips with their fragmentation, while the external orifice is located linearly in the center of the exocervix or with an offset from the midline transversely or obliquely, the orifice is irregular slit-shaped with a length of 1.0 cm to 2.5 cm or more, the cylindrical epithelium occupies the entire surface of the ectocervix, the size of the cervical canal is reduced by more than 1.0 cm, at a depth of more than 2/3 of its length from the external pharynx, cracks and/or pockets with a depth of more than 1.0 cm or cervical-vaginal fistulas are determined. The method makes it possible to increase the accuracy of diagnosis of post-traumatic cervical injuries. The obtained data of measurements of post-traumatic injuries of the uterine cervix make it possible to clarify the degree of their severity.
EFFECT: proposed method is applicable in outpatient settings: it is non-invasive, completely eliminates the possibility of perforation of neighboring organs and the creation of false fistula passages in the cervical canal.
