FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using autograft of the same size with the defect. The autograft is taken from the anterolateral surface of the injured finger. The autograft has finger artery, nerve, fascia and a portion of subcutaneous fat. Defect substitution is carried out along the radial surface of the second, third and fourth finger and ulnar surface of the first and fifth finger. EFFECT: reduced nerve and vessel compression degree in the postoperative period; partially reduced sensitivity at the place the autograft is taken from. 2 dwg
