FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing subcutaneous veins of flap taken from health upper extremity having retained posterior veins of hand in distal portion and forearm or arm veins in proximal portion. To normalize blood discharge from hand, one of the hand arteries with retrograde blood circulation is sutured to the subcutaneous veins of the flap. Flap arteries and veins lengths are of the same length or longer than the flap length depending on defect size. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented venous insufficiency. 1 dwg
