SUBSTANCE: method includes resection of phalanx bone at level of metadiaphysis at length equalling size of defect on vascular-nervous fascicles with subsequent shortening of phalanx length and head fixation; in this case, incision is preliminarily made of periosteum on its side surface in region of joint head; preparation of periosteum from bone to front, rear and side surfaces with preservation of pedicle to preserve function of joint.
