Extremely great nucleic acid molecules, including chromosomes and undissolved RNAs, can be arranged into sequences with no preliminary cloning and subcloning. Proposed methods can also solve various problems related to technology of creating sequences such as low signal- noise ratio and difficulty caused by selective attachment of many nucleic acid fragments to surface, preparation of many longer and more complex specimens, and applying labels on larger number of substances.
