FIELD: railway transport; testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: device can be used for control over working members of track machine. Device has frame with fitted on measuring members. Frames with measuring members are installed on measuring trucks. Extreme wheels of trucks are arranged on axle rigidly secured on frame and are in contact with rail heads of both lines of rails track. Middle wheels of measuring trucks are fitted on movable axles and are coupled with measuring members. One measuring truck is fitted into freight car bogie conveying wheel load to rail and leading to deformation of rail in vertical plane. Second measuring truck is located out of the zone of deformation. Measuring members are furnished with stops and magnetic coils. Measuring trucks are connected by rigid tie-rod. Wheels of car bogie can be used as middle wheels of first measuring truck. EFFECT: provision of possibility of measurement of rail deflection under wheel load whose value is proportional to value of bending stresses in foot. 2 cl, 2 dwg
