FIELD: water transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: provision is made for holes in ship's hull and hose connections. Two-chamber flexible hoses with painters wound on drums are arranged between ship's sides and cargo tanks. Ship is provided with hose supply mechanism with self-contained power supply source and air cushion. Hatch covers are provided at these areas. After opening the side, hoses are jettisoned into sea and are delivered to surface of water where they are connected to reservoirs. All commands are executed by telecontrol signals. EFFECT: possibility of jettisoning cargo with no personnel, mooring of auxiliary vessels to distressed ship or approach of auxiliary tank ships and appliances. 9 cl, 5 dwg
