FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: method comprises crushing film, cleaning it from dust and fatty deposits, washing, distribution and packing of stock on substrate till final product becomes solidified. Prior to drying operation, washed crushed waste is further crushed and compressed in agglomerator with propellor and colored by introducing pigment colorants into agglomerator. After packing film particles of desired size dried at 100-110 C for 3-8 min, the resulting fabric having density of 30-40 kg/cu.m is heated in furnace at 150-180 C till melting and final shrinkage on substrate followed by pressing and cooling in mold at pressure of 2-10 kg/sq. cm.
