FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and aims at diagnosing angiographically avascular initial choroid melanoma with using the fluorescent angiography technique. The fluorescent angiography technique is used to identify tumour-associated fluorescence attributes having a diagnostic value. The tumour-associated fluorescence interpreted in the form of subretinal exsudation, 'hot spots', 'pin-points' fluorescence, large choroid vascular opacification (above the tumour), retinal angiopathy with extravasal release of fluorescein enables diagnosing initial choroid melanoma in the presence of 2 to 5 attributes in the angiogram.
EFFECT: method provides higher diagnostic accuracy of the angiographic study.
