FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has spectacles for long distance vision. Spectacle glass provides long distance vision correction only. Inferior boundary of spectacle glass is at the level of the lower eyelid when looking straightforward. Spectacle bridge is at the level of the inferior boundary of spectacle glasses. High position of optic glasses in the framework is helpful for making appropriate vision correction and liberates an eye from needless short distance correction in transferring sight downward to a point in the nearest vicinity. Favorable conditions are created for ciliary muscle to work without accommodation overload taking place in people having light and moderate degree of myopic refraction in various age groups.
