Spherical prismatic elements of glasses are selected with distance from eye to fixation point, refraction and patient age taken into account. Lens apex-base line position is determined from angle of slit aperture deviation from horizontal line. Ciliary muscle is trained during 3-5 min by gradually moving sight from near to remote point after finishing work at short distance.
