FIELD: filling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed plate is made in form of plate member with large number of through holes. Plate with nozzle is fastened to hole on lower end of liquid filling pipe. Flowing out of liquid filling the pipe is precluded owing to surface tension in through holes of plate with liquid filling nozzle. Inner peripheral surface of each through hole has round projection protruding in direction in which inner diameter of through hole decreases. Shape of through holes in cross section prevents liquid drop leakage from through holes. Through holes can have elongated slot-like shape. In this case drop leakage of liquid is effectively precluded. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of filling. 8 cl, 17 dwg
