FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: for production of band with final thickness 0.18 mm and hardness 50-56 HR 30 Ta there is carried out hot rolling of bands of 1.8 thickness; bands are produced from steel, containing wt %: up to 0.04 of carbon, 0.2-0.3 of manganese, up to 0.04 of chromium and nickel each from breakdown of 30-32 mm thickness at temperature behind the sixth stand of continuous mill equal to 1070-1100°C, at temperature of roll finish not lower, than 840°C and temperature of winding 660-690°C; annealing of rolled bands after cold rolling is carried out in bell-type furnace with heating to 670°C during 10-14 hours and with holding at this temperature during 8-12 hours; pinch-rolling is carried out not earlier, than in 48 hours after annealing at temperature of rolls not more, than 40°C with reduction 0.4-0.8%.
EFFECT: upgraded consumer properties of sheet steel.
