SUBSTANCE: device is designed as user key, which is transmitted to operator of remote electronic panel, transmission key, which is transmitted to same operator for duration of information video flow to be displayed or for nearest interval. In addition device has confirmation units which are used simultaneously with remote electronic panel in order to check correspondence of keys to specified criterion. After checking, remote electronic panel operates in parallel with said video flow. Device can be used both for displaying goods to be advertised or for news broadcasting.
