FIELD: generation of flow of video data in format MPEG.

SUBSTANCE: format MPEG includes several slightly different programs, each containing approximately same information. Flow of MPEG data is so formed that traditional re-coder displays chance to effectively fetch one of above-mentioned programs. It achieved by storage of differences with regard to program used on default in selected data fields of user. Re-coder is syntax analyzer demonstrating some additional functions, which substitutes bits referred to selected set of macroblocks with replacement data stored in data fields of user. Standard MPEG decoder does not carrying any information on input data fields of user will simply fetch program on default. One of applications of this invention is concerned with broadcast TV programs with logotype or without logotype or advertisements with common warning message. Another application of present invention refers to circuits protecting against copying. In circuits of such type programs used on default include permission determining that information can be copied only once. In process of recording mentioned permission is removed and replaced by information placed in data field of user.

EFFECT: development of manner of transmission of video signals that provides for additional advantages and new capabilities as compared with prototype.
