FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preservation of cell culture. For freezing peripheral blood precursor cells (PBPC), freshly harvested nuclear cell concentrate (NCC) is recovered, mixing of NCC with cryopreserved Hecomoldiolite (HD) in polymer cryopacket (PC) in equal proportions, its sealing, marking, PC placing in metal holder-holder, PBPC in presence of HD from plus 4 °C to minus 80 °C according to three-stage program in electric refrigerators with set temperature of isothermic cold adaptation of cells (TA), at the first stage of freezing, the holder with PBPC is placed for 10 minutes into an electric freezer with TA plus 4 ± 1 °C, at the second stage the holder is transferred for 10 minutes into an electric freezer with TA minus 7 ± 1 °C, at the third stage the holder is transferred into an electric freezer with TA minus 28 ± 1 °C, held in these conditions for 25 minutes, then transferred into a storage-freezer with temperature minus 80 ± 2 °C for complete freezing of cell suspension and prolonged preservation.

EFFECT: invention allows improving safety of nuclear cells.
