FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to technology of freezing peripheral blood precursor cells with Hemicolite cryopreservation. Freezing of peripheral blood precursor cells (PBPC) is carried out in stages: mixing it with concentrate of PBPC in equal proportions in a disposable plastic container, then sealing it, passportization, placing in metal pencil-holder, followed by stage-by-stage freezing of cell suspension from plus 4 °C to minus 80 °C in electric refrigerators with adjustable cold adaptation temperature of cells, defrosting in water bath to temperature of plus 2÷4 °C in the cell suspension, wherein at the first stage of freezing, the containers with the PBPC suspension are held for 10 minutes in an electric freezer, with a set temperature of plus 4 °C, at the second stage, the biological object is transferred into an electric freezer at a temperature of minus 28±1 °C is maintained in these conditions for 25 minutes, after which biological object is transferred into a freezer-storage with temperature minus 80±2 °C for final freezing and prolonged cryopreservation of PBPC.

EFFECT: invention improves the technological level and effectiveness of hematopoietic stem cell cryopreservation by using modern industrial equipment and minimizing the risks of post-transfusion complications, accessible to medical institutions experiencing problems in providing liquid nitrogen, and safe for health of technical personnel.
