FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Freezing peripheral blood precursor cells (PBPC) involves preparing a cell suspension from the PBPC with stem cells, mixing the Hemelzol cryo-preservative with a cell suspension in ratio of 1:1 in a plastic cryocontainer (PC), sealing, equilibration of the cell suspension with a cryopreserved preservative at room temperature for 30 minutes, labeling, placing a metal box were PC-holders, the gradual cooling of the cell suspension with a cryoprotectant electric refrigerators adjustable setting temperature (TA) of the multi-program, wherein in the first stage PC placed for 10 minutes in an electric refrigerator with TA plus 4 ± 1 °C, the second stage - for 10 min in a freezer with TA minus 22 ± 1 °C, at the third stage - for 25 minutes in a freezing chamber with TA minus 28 ± 1 °C, after which PC is placed in a storage-refrigerator with temperature minus 80 ± 2 °C for final freezing.

EFFECT: invention provides safety of 65 to 92 % of peripheral blood precursor cells, it is safe for personnel health.
