FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing cellular suspensions with cryoprotecting solution in flexible package; providing staged freezing by holding packages in freezing chamber in refrigerant such as ethyl alcohol with fixed cold adaptation temperature; transferring packages to storage for freezing. Package with volume filled to 10-20% is placed into ethyl alcohol solution of 38-40 volume percentage with cold adaptation temperature of from -22 C to -25 C; package with volume filled to 25-30% is placed into ethyl alcohol solution of 42-45 volume percentage with cold adaptation temperature of from -26 C to -30 C with following freezing in storage at temperature of from -40 C to -80 C. Method may be used for preservation by freezing of bone marrow cells and components of human blood. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing predictable cell activity factors. 3 ex
