FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves using whole or nonfat milk as milk raw material. It is introduced in vitamin premix 730/4 in ratio 1.0: 0.00075, respectively. Vitamin premix is preliminarily dissolved in boiled water with temperature 15-20 C in ratio water:premix 730/4 1:1 at slow mixing. The prepared mixture is mixed during 40-60 min, pasteurized, and, after sugar introduction, condensed. Then mixture is cooled, and finely-crystalline lactose is introduced. After it, crystallization and aftercooling are conducted. The prepared product has the following content, mas.%: saccharose, 43.5-45.0; fat, 0.0-8.5; protein, 7.2-11.0; lactose, 4.7; vitamin premix 730/4, 0.172-0.207; water, the balance; acidity T, 48.0-60.0; viscosity Pa, 2.0-10.0.
