SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a DNA aptamer specific to glial brain tumour cells. Said aptamer has the sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO: 2. Present invention also relates to a conjugate of said DNA aptamer with a fluorescent label, a composition containing said conjugate, as well as a method for intraoperative staining of glial brain tumour cells using such a composition.

EFFECT: invention provides high specificity and affinity of DNA aptamers to glioblastoma cells and high accuracy of determining true boundaries of said tumour during surgery.
