SUBSTANCE: method includes resection of osteochondrous vegetations of femur head and formation of canals up to femur neck; performance of excochleation of cystic cavities through made canals; introduction through canals of allotransplants and filling of remaining space with finely divided transplants; intertrochantenteric- cervical osteotomy above Adams arch to lower edge of femur head; cutting-off of proximal end of Adams arch; displacement of femur distal part inside up to stop of lesser trochanter by ischial bone and fixing of osteotomy fragments of femur.
