Composition is distinguished by the fact that thickening polymer is used in the form of highly dispersed polymer capable of forming suspension in electrochromic solution of the components in the following amounts, wt.%: highly dispersed polymer capable of forming suspension of electrochromic composition, 0.9-40.0; cathode component, 0.3-6.0; anode component, 0.4-1.7; solvent, the balance.
