FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing substances used for preparing probiotic preparations - bacteritic preparations based on live cultures of microorganism-symbionts used for prophylaxis and treatment of dysbacteriosis and other disorders of gastroenteric tract. Method involves insertion of nonconjugative nonmobilized plasmid pColap carrying genes encoding colicin E1 and factor that determines resistance to ampicillin (doses up to 150 mg/l) into the strain of Escherichia coli M17 - producer of probiotic preparation coli-bacterin. This approach ensures to construct the probiotic preparation showing enhanced antagonistic activity and residence on background of therapy with antibiotics carrying out. Method alleviates preparing the standard preparation based on the strain and prevents elimination of plasmid if patient intakes the preparation without accompanying therapy with antibiotics. EFFECT: strain indicated above, valuable properties and traits. 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex
