FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering, amino acids. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes DNA fragments yahN, yeaS, yfiK and yggA encoding protein synthesis and conferring the enhanced resistance of Escherichia coli cells to L-amino acids. On the basis of these fragments strains of E. coli cells are constructed and these strains show enhanced ability to produce L-lysine, L-threonine, L-glutamic acid, L-histidine, L-proline, L-alanine, L-arginine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. Invention describes method of producing L-amino acids using new strain- -producers. EFFECT: enhanced production of L-amino acids. 6 cl, 8 tbl, 4 dwg
