SUBSTANCE: device has additional supports flexibly introduced into clearance between body and frame along normal to body side surface with possibility of changing of point of introduction and rigidly. Each additional is made in the form of flexible bent plate introduced with interference fit into clearance between body and frame, and its convex side faces body, and concave side faces frame. Secured on concave side of plate to its ends, located along its longitudinal axis, are two rectangular friction cover plates with different coefficients of sliding friction and accommodated in guide recess made on frame along longitudinal axis of structure.
