FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has infrared radiation detector positioned obliquely on the top for taking-up of infrared radiation from food product. Infrared radiation detector includes printed-circuit board, light receiver, photointerrupter and interrupter which contains horizontal and vertical blade parts. Interrupter is positioned between light receiver of infrared radiation detector and food product so that with interrupter rotating, vertical blade part passes between light-emitting device and light-receiving device of photointerrupter, and horizontal blade part passes between light receiver and food product.
