FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: agent is made as solid dosed form including core covered by envelope. Core has, wt.-%: pentoxyphyllin, 30-67; aerosil, 0.1-10; starch, 10-40; lactose, 6-28.8; stearic acid salt, 0.1-1.0 and talc, 0.1-3.0. Envelope consists of, wt.-%: methylcellulose or hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, 30-70; Tween-80, 15-35 and titanium dioxide, 15-35. Method of agent preparing involves mixing pentoxyphyllin with vehicle. Vehicle is a mixture of aerosil, starch and lactose. Obtained mixture is wetted with distilled water or starch paste in the mass ratio of wetting agent and mass to be wetted = 1:(1.8-3.0), respectively. Then stages of wetting granulation, drying, dry granulation, stearic acid salt and talc addition, granules forming and envelope applying are carried out. New agent is stable in storage, releases active substance easily that provides its high bioavailability. Method ensures to make medicinal form exhibiting satisfactory strength.
