FIELD: oil refining.
SUBSTANCE: method for processing heavy petroleum feedstock, which includes stages in which: hydrocracking of the feedstock is carried out in a suspension phase (HSP), including heavy petroleum feedstock and a coal additive, followed by separation into a feedstock flow subjected to HSP and a heavy residue flow, wherein the heavy residue flow is a suspension of unconverted high-boiling residue and spent coal additive; hydrocracking of hydrocracking products of raw materials obtained at the HSP stage is carried out in the gas phase with a stationary layer of catalyst, followed by fractionation of the resulting hydrocracking products; performing a method for purifying an unconverted hydrocracking residue of a heavy petroleum feedstock from a spent coal additive to obtain a spent coal additive and a purified unconverted hydrocracking residue of a heavy petroleum feedstock. The invention also concerns a unit for separating the spent additive from the unconverted hydrocracking residue of heavy oil feedstock, a unit for drying the spent coal additive, a unit for regenerating the solvent and fractionating refined petroleum products, a method and system for purifying the unconverted hydrocracking residue of heavy oil feedstock from the spent coal additive.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of separation of the spent coal additive and the mixture of unconverted residue and solvent, ensure stable operation of equipment with a given performance and prevent clogging of equipment with deposits, which avoids long-term equipment downtime and labor-intensive work to clean equipment from deposits.
