SUBSTANCE: device has three-winding transformer, which first and second windings are connected to first lines of direct transmission circuit, and which third winding is connected to output of gate circuit, which input is connected to input lines of reverse transmission circuit. Voltage divider is connected to second terminal of first winding and first terminal of third winding of transformer. Output of voltage divider is connected to input of output signal generator, which is designed as comparator with positive feedback resistor, as well as selector and information signal generator. EFFECT: fixed duration ratio of input pulses corresponding to logical ONE and ZERO, which alternating amplitude depends on respective level of remote power supply which depends on length of user line. 6 cl, 1 dwg
