Fresh air subject to delivery to treatment section is supplied through air-penetrable ceiling 1. Air-supply chamber 2 provided above ceiling 1 communicates with supplied-air chamber 3 coupled to fresh-air supply system through at least one hone 4. Amount of fresh air coming to air-supply chamber 2 is controlled by changing the section of hole 4. At least part of fresh air delivered to supplied-air chamber 3 is forced along trajectory parallel to ceiling 1. It passes along this trajectory through predetermined distance prior to arriving at air-supply chamber 2 through hole 4. In this case, parameters required to control fresh-air flow are measured in end zone of forced air flow. EFFECT: accurate determination of fresh-air amount. 13 cl, 2 dwg
