FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting off long flexor of the first finger and deep flexor of the second finger from the radial bone. Muscular union is created from muscle tissue left on the bone after having muscles. Rectangular muscular flap having its longer side parallel to the longitudinal axis of the radial bone is formed from long flexor muscle belly of the first finger with vascular connections to radial artery and muscular union on the radial bone being retained. Bone transplant is formed length of which is equal to finger under repair and its diameter is equal to 1/3 of radial bone diameter. The produced osteocutanomuscular complex is transferred to the distal part of the radial artery of the finger stump under treatment. Distal end of the bone transplant and finger stump are joined and osteosynthesis is carried out. Muscle flap is laid over distal stump of the radial artery on the bone transplant end fixing it with transosseous suture. Cellulocutaneous flap is rolled into tube without letting wound edges touch. The free skin transplant is transferred to the muscular union in the area of open wound. EFFECT: avoided bone base resorption and ischemic complications. 9 dwg
