FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and orthopedics; applicable in treatment of injuries and diseases of vertebral column and muscles of vertebral column neck part. SUBSTANCE: orthosis has distraction supporting system which consists of flat flexible chambers forming ellipse in horizontal section. Chambers are dissected from one side and their flattened ends are dovetailing on each other. Chambers are joined not only mechanically over entire ellipse but also have pneumatic windows between them for provision of simultaneous passage of air to them in their inflating through union furnished with valve. Located from atop is similar chamber but having no pneumatic windows. Chamber is separated into three pneumatic sections, each provided with unions and valves.
