FIELD: production of nonwoven rolled material used for reinforcing of pavements and construction surfaces. SUBSTANCE: method involves laying longitudinal and transverse threads while throwing transverse threads at an angle to longitudinal threads so that transverse threads are positioned perpendicular to longitudinal threads to prevent warp from linear displacement; impregnating formed fabric with binder on plant having winding frame with set of thin rods. Ends of rods are diametrically fixed on two disks mounted for rotation of hinge. Frame may be dipped into binder for depth making 0.1-0.5 of diameter of disk. Method further involves thermal treatment of fabric in at least two stages, with heat-carrier temperature increasing from first to subsequent stages; winding fabric in roll. EFFECT: improved quality of rolled nonwoven material and increased efficiency. 1 dwg, 2 ex
