FIELD: microbiological methods. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to variety of cells circulating in blood or found in marrow. Physiologically compatible solution for cryogenic storage contains innocuous components: glycerol, alkali metal chloride, monosaccharide, serum albumin. Proportions of components are given. Unfrozen target cells are introduced into recipient with no separation of target cells and cryogenic storage solution. Solution is easy to prepare and is capable of providing comparable levels of in vivo and in vitro cell viability under cryogenic conditions.
