FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to media for preservation of placental blood cells, bone marrow and peripheral blood. Injectable solution for preserving placental blood cells, bone marrow and peripheral blood contains physiologic saline of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium sulphate, sodium bicarbonate, vitamin E and A, lactate, human albumin, wherein the cell solution is an injectable subject without the need for cell washing. Invention also concerns a kit, a container and a method of preserving placental blood cells, bone marrow and peripheral blood.
EFFECT: disclosed solution for preservation of cells of placental blood, bone marrow and peripheral blood is suitable for use in moderate hypothermia, particularly at +4 °C.
