FIELD: electrochemical production. SUBSTANCE: electrolysis is performed in diaphragm electrolyzer placed in autoclave. Sodium dithionite is formed at pressure of sulfur dioxide of 0.15 MPa and density of current of 1000 A/sq. m. Sulfuric acid is concentrated in anode chamber due to anodic oxidation of hydrolysis products of sulfur dioxide. EFFECT: increased output of reaction products by current.
