FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves separation of aromatizer "Yabloko" D1551 into two parts, and one of them is mixed with aromatizer "Amaretto". The mixture is aged for 20-40 min and then introduced in it are the rest part of aromatizer, vanilin in the form of alcoholic solution (1:100), 65.8-% sugar syrup and aqueous-alcoholic liquid. Blend of 40-% strength is filtered and bottled.
