FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of special vodka "TZAR DADON". An aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared to obtain ready vodka with proof value 40%. The prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly and after its correction for the proof value is repumped into supply tank followed by its feeding in carbon refinery battery. The rate of filtration of an aqueous-spirituous solution through a layer of carbon with height 4 m is up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Then a blend is prepared. For this purpose a taste-aromatic supplement obtained by aromatic principles mixing with vanillin spirituous solution is added, kept for 1-2 h, then blend is stirred and 65.8% sugar syrup is added. Bled is stirred finally, its proof value is corrected if necessary and fed to final filtration and bottling. The bled components are used in the following ratio per 1000 dal of vodka: aromatic principle "Djin BD 6124", 1-2 kg; aromatic principle "Amaretto D 1659", 0.04-0.06 kg; vanillin spirituous solution (1:100), 0.04-0.06 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 24-26 l; rectified ethyl alcohol and purified drinking water, the balance to obtain proof value 40%. The used taste-aromatic supplement gives juniper-nut tint to vodka.
