SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: 65.8% sugar syrup, 18.0-19.0; oat flakes aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 4.0-5.0; rice aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first blend, 3.0-4.0; vanillin dissolved in rectified alcohol in the ratio 1:100, 0.05-0.09; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Proposed vodka provides reducing the cost of ready product by 10% and expanding assortment of vodka and preparing vodka with mild and barely detected after tasting of ice-cream "Krem-brule" and its barely detected aroma on background of vodka aroma. The taste score is 9.6.
