FIELD: radio communication systems; unmatched private radio communication systems. SUBSTANCE: transmission of radio-beacon signals between private base radio station and mobile terminal within transmission range of private base station is provided by transmitting radio-beacon signals in chaotically varying time spaces. Private base station transmits radio-beacon bursts within mentioned chaotically and pseudo-randomly varying time spaces to prevent re-collision of radio beacons between unmatched private radio communication networks with transmission ranges being covered. Radio-beacon signal fluctuation is effected pseudo-randomly using model linked with base-station identification code. Mobile terminal receives identification code assigned to base station and information about station's status from radio-beacon signals received and decides whether this base station is accessible for communication with mobile terminal. Then mobile terminal is synchronized with fluctuating transmission of base-station radio beacon according to preset fluctuation shaping function linked with station identification code coming from radio-beacon signals received. In this way mobile terminal can easily maintain synchronization with one or more private base stations of radio communication network without synchronization loss due to collision of radio-beacon signal bursts transmitted among base stations. EFFECT: preventing noise when handling coverage zones of unmatched private radio communication networks. 14 cl, 11 dwg
