SUBSTANCE: organic compounds which contain halogen, phosphorus, sulfur and/or element of metals in atomic bond in addition to carbon, hydrogen and oxygen are subjected to ionization followed by immediate electrolysis. Final ion products of reaction are easy to handle; they may be taken for further use, storage or burning. Ionization is performed by ionizing radiation.
