Each waveguide carries several converters in the form of piezoceramic rings. In this case, the higher frequency to which converter is set, the smaller distance from this converter to nozzle. It makes it possible to increase durability period of grinding wheels and to improve qualitative characteristics of ground parts. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
