FIELD: machine engineering, possibly operations for working openings by means of axial tool. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes guiding nozzle for feeding cutting fluid. Said nozzle is connected with piezoceramic transducers for applying amplitude modulated ultrasonic oscillations to jet of cutting fluid. Total length of irradiating and transmitting parts of apparatus is equal or multiple to half-length of ultrasonic oscillation wave. Said parts are arranged in zone with least oscillation amplitude; said zone is spaced from irradiating end of nozzle by distance equal or multiple to wave length quarter. EFFECT: improved design, enhanced efficiency and increased time period of keeping strength of cutting tool. 1 dwg
