SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes guiding nozzle-wave guide designed for feeding cutting fluid and connected with piezoceramic transducers. Wave guide has opening for guiding tool; said opening is communicated with opening for feeding cutting fluid and it is designed for transmitting oscillations through cutting tool to cutting fluid in zone of contact of cutting edges of tool with blank. Total length of irradiating and transmitting parts of apparatus is equal or multiple to half-length of wave of ultrasonic oscillations. Said parts are arranged in zone with least amplitude of oscillations; said zone is spaced from point of wave guide coinciding with center of tool by distance equal or multiple to ultrasonic oscillation wave length quarter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of working, increased time period of keeping strength of cutting tool due to intensified penetrability of cutting fluid to cutting zone. 1 dwg
