FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing gallbladder under ultrasonic examination control through the place where liver capsule becomes serous tunic of the gallbladder fundus. 0.8% sodium hypochlorite solution is applied as healing agent. Needle direction is changed. Its position is controlled with ultrasonic scanning during the whole treatment course. Optic transparent medium state is to be achieved in gallbladder lumen. Monofiber light guide is introduced through the same puncture needle. Gallbladder cavity is exposed to laser radiation using sodium hypochlorite solution as light-conducting and light-scattering medium. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; avoided or postponed surgical interventions. 2 dwg
