SUBSTANCE: prior to operation, method involves measurement of stability of patient's eye with respect to dazzling, calculation of dazzling index. If it is not greater than physiological standard, then optical center size, which is calculated according to standard program, is increased by 0.3 mm. This results in possibility to prevent dazzling of retina, when it is subjected to bright flash.
