FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods for correction of myopia of high degree and complex myopic astigmatism in patients with thin cornea. Method is based on conducting a phakic intraocular lens implantation for high degree myopia correction. In 1 month arc arterial keratotomy is performed with application of femtosecond laser to compensate for accompanying astigmatism by developed parameters. Parameters consist in performing two parallel incisions along a strong keratometry axis at depth of 90 % of the thickness of the cornea in the projection of their location. To correct astigmatism in 1 dioptric incisions are formed in 7.25 mm optical zone with arc length of 70°. For correction of astigmatism from 2 to 9 dioptres diameter of the optical zone is reduced by 0.25–0.3 mm or arc length of each incision is increased by 10–15° for additional correction of 1 dioptric.
EFFECT: method enables correcting myopia of high degree and complex myopic astigmatism in patients with a thin cornea.
